Interzone: Lieder und Bilder, by Enno Poppe, inspired by the William Burroughs stories of the international zone of Tangier, is a journey into the depths of the city in the 1950s. A journey where composer Enno Poppe, dramatist Marcel Beyer and video artist, Anne Quirijnen attempt to evoke the spatial, temporal and emotional ambivalence of the interzone.
