Les Etés de la Danse de Paris and le Théâtre de la Ville present a special encounter between two big names, Ana Laguna and
Mikhail Baryshnikov, in a creative programme prepared with choreographers
Mats Ek,
Benjamin Millepied and
Alexeï Ratmansky. The show is entitled Three Solos and a Duet. Mikhail Baryshnikov asked Swedish choreographer Mats Ek to “compose something for a man of his age”. Place is the result, a duo specifically conceived for him and Ana Laguna, another dance icon and inspiration for Mats Ek’s ballets.
