Ninja Tune, tonight featuring some of the most established names on the label alongside Rockers International crew members
Radio Salah and
MC Runniga.
DK (or Darren Knott to his mum) has been a key figure in the development of Ninja Tune - his mix "Solid Steel presents: Now, Listen!" was the first in what became the Solid Steel mix series, and he has toured the world with acts such as Coldcut, Kid Koala and the Prodigy.
Fingathing need little introduction. Since emerging from
Rae & Christian's backing band to produce their debut "The Main Event" in 2000, the Manchester duo of Sneaky (Double bass) and Peter Parker (turntables) have continued to fire out quality live hip hop. Tonight Mr Parker will be demonstrating why he's regarded as one of the finest turntablists in the UK.
