This year's Colors festival opens with a raw blues explosion in the form of Little Barrie and The Killer Meters. The former return this year with a follow up to 2008's "Stand Your Ground", and the latter are just starting to get the acclaim they deserve for their tightly controlled hybrid psyche/funk/rock sound.
