Brooklyn lo-fi trio
Vivian Girls have built up a big NYC following over the last three years, supporting
Sonic Youth,
Jay Reatard and
Crystal Stilts amongst other east coast luminaries. Their sound is much as you would expect - raw, sulfurous noise pop a la
Vaselines, but with enough melodic twists and turns to keep things interesting.
They're joined by ethereal folk Frenchman
El Boy Die.
