Anti-Pop Consortium

East coast collective Anti-Pop Consortium hit the jazz festival with their oversized breaks, intense flow and avant-garde sensibilities. Stream-of-consciousness lyrical content and string leanings towards modern compositional methods characterise the APC sound, and "Flourescent Black", their comeback album for Big Dada in 2009, displays some of the most envelope pushing hip hop around.
