Kevin Barnes' lo-fi indie project
of Montreal land at La Cigale with their quirky psyche-pop sound. The style has evolved in fits since the band's inception in 1997, moving from simple but unhinged, slightly twee pop to melodramatic song with classical structures, often swinging violently between genres on a record-by-record basis.
They're joined by the much-hyped London electropop trio
