Padded Cell have been going for almost a decade, raised from the dual creative pools of
Bronx Dogs (Richard Sen's pseudonym on Heavenly Recordings) and
Dirty Beatnik (Neil Beatnik's alter ego for
Wall Of Sound). The project was intended to fulfill their more left-leaning creative urges, though their roots in dancefloor mechanics means that even their wackiest productions have a solid, club base.
They're joined by French edits duo
Rove Dogs and Parisian Italo-disco outfit Anteros & Thanaton.
