Le Cabaret Sauvage plays host to a man who, in terms of music and hype, can do no wrong at the minute: Daniel Victor Snaith aka Caribou. Snaith has had a long career in music, including numerous previous releases under the moniker Manitoba, but it wasn't until his 2007 record "Andorra" won the Polaris Music Prize that he started to see serious international acclaim. This year's follow up "Swim" solidified Snaith's reputation as a producer, and widened his audience still further.
