Frankie Rose has played herself into a key position in the Brooklyn guitar music scene, playing drums for
Crystal Stilts and
The Dum Dum Girls and bass for
Vivian Girls. Through these channels Rose has played an important part in the promotion of the lo-fi, reverb soaked Spector-esque sound of the current NY scene, a sound perfectly encapsulated by this new project.
