Delorean have acheived a huge amount of critical acclaim in the last two years, starting with a string of uber-cool remixes for
The Mystery Jets and
Teenagers amongst others, and then really exploding with the release of their "Ayrton Senna EP" in 2009. The record set out the band's electro-avant-punk stall nicely, an enterprise only encouraged by their third studio album "Subiza", released earlier this year on the
Mushroom Pillow label. This is joyful, chaotic, energetic and original music.
The band are joined tonight by NYC experimental indie-pop duo
Tanlines.
