Beirut are a great live band. The French stuff, the Balkan stuff, whatever. They're great. This gig would be worth going to if it was just Beirut. We would have listed it.

tUnE yArDs. We've liked tUnE yArDs for a while. But recently we saw them live, playing tracks from both Bird-Brains and W H O K I L L - and it was nothing less than an epiphany.
