Koen Augustijnen, the Flemish choreographer and member of the Les Ballets C de la B group, offers a new production with Ashes. The piece, based on the idea that “Nothing is forever”, advocates a more spiritual quest in the midst of extreme chaos. The show is performed by eight dancers, accompanied by two singers (a countertenor and a soprano) and live musicians, and offers a striking combination of dance styles, performance, theatre, acrobatics, music and art.
