Rex plays host to DJ, producer, remixer, member of
The Bays and label boss of
Freerange Records Jamie Odell, aka
Jimpster. Recently described by Ben Watt as a "future soul kingpin and bittersweet house don", Odell's work as a producer and remixer represents some of the most exciting in the genre over the past few years (see "Messages From The Hub" and "Domestic Science", the seminal electronic works released on
Kudos Records).
Joining Mr Odell this evening: Swiss techno superstar Sam Geiser, aka
Deetron.
