A night of electropop aimed squarely at the dancefloor, with
Warp and
Boys Noize both represented. After the success of "Utopia" in 2003 and his acclaimed remix of
M83's "Run Into Flowers", Parisian producer Jackson Fourgeaud was signed to Warp in 2005 and subsequently released his debut album "Smash" under the moniker Jackson & His Computer Band. The blend of styles sidesteps genre classifications, but the overall idea is twisted, synthy and danceable.
