Frank Paulin, Letizia Giannella

Letizia Giannella lives between Italy and France and works in the field of theatre and contemporary art. The work of Letizia Giannella is above all about the conceptual experience of research and about highlighting the state of matter before it becomes something else. In her installations, she uses designs and photography as techniques, highlighting the transformation of shape, giving the concept strength, whilst respecting the random and unpredictable nature of the image. In her design the shape is the result of a sublimation of the features as they lose sense and lead to abstraction. The image is one possible consequence. The most important experience is the crossover, the transformation of one element to another.

Frank Paulin lives and works in Paris. Paulin has collaborated for many years with various papers and media, including Le Monde and Libération where he has captured tirelessly the splendours and miseries of life, its greatness and decadence, sometimes to the point of the absurd. In his series, the artist searches for and highlights the shortcomings of social codes, and presents us with a tragic-comic perspective of life and humanity.
