An evening of exploratory music of the electro-acoustic bent, housed by a venue which has become synonymous with new sounds. Tonight's lineup is brought to you by debruit&desilence, the Parisian experimental record label, and it's a pretty interesting lineup, too.

Peter Broderick plays violin in the
Efterklang live band, has recorded and toured with
Horse Feathers,
M. Ward, She & Him, Norfolk & Western and
Laura Gibson amongst others and is a regular session musician at various recording studios. His solo work is quite varied, but is often grounded by piano and/or strings.
Nils Frahm mingled with classical co-noted and ECM-influenced soundworlds during the late 80s, began to form different band constellations to explore the fields of HipHop, Funk and Jazz during the 90s, then discovered the computer and the influential work of
Steve Reich in the last decade.
