The winner of the Prix Arcimboldo this year, and also currently presenting his exhibition at Galerie 6bis, Mathieu Bernard-Reymond will be present for this evening’s discussion.

“My images are about landscape and the way in which we attempt to exist in an ever changing world. We travel fast, we build fast, we live fast… a strange link made of speed and illusion connects us to the world. The people in my photographs are presented as visitors; temporary figures and not as inhabitants. Through photography I try to expose the paradox of the current image to that of our own existence; a perpetual return journey between the imaginary and reality, an indispensable attempt at knowing where we are."
