Blood Dust constitutes the most ambitious piece so far by the
Salia nï Seydou company. Salia Sanou and Seydou Boro both grew up in Burkina Faso, west Africa, but for years have been based in France; they established their company fifteen years ago and have become popular in their interpretation of choreographic languages from the African continent. With a strong physicality, Blood Dust reflects on the fury of human political destinies, and the vast numbers of those in Africa destroyed by it.
