The Creole season at la Villette continues with the Scenes d’été festival. From Antilles to the Indian Ocean, from Zouk concerts, and Sega music to haïtien tales, transport yourself with the following musicians -

19h30 - SumaEle
Originally from New Caledonia, Sumaélé – formerly Gulianod – is a family group par excellence, the choir is made up of three brothers and their wives. Having released a first album in 2008 in pure Caledonian tradition, Sumaélé offers polyphonies and vocal harmonies which work well accompanied by strong rhythms which make you want to dance.

20h30 - Davy Sicard
Davy Sicard is adept at modern and bewitching Sega, where the different components of a people from multiple origins are reflected: India, Madagascar, Africa and Europe. Davy Sicard’s voice portrays his talents as poet and composer.
