This is the 8th edition of Placard festival, the non-stop three month headphone music festival! This year the constant stream goes on for 97 days non stop, in different cities - the Parisian contribution starts today and continues non-stop until 17h on the 27th.
This event forms part of a worldwide whole, with events in Berlin, London, Tokyo, Helsinki, Benicassim... and there are plenty of opportunities to get involved, too - check www.leplacard.org for more details.
