Glaz'art plays host to the cabaret punk phenomena that is the
World/Inferno Friendship Society. Formed in Brooklyn in the mid-90's, the collective has had more lineup changes than PSG, with over 30 members in its history (including member of
Dexys Midnight Runners,
Nine Inch Nails,
Antibalas and
Balkan Beat Box). You can expect to see nine or ten of these on stage tonight for a many-instrumental mashup of punk, klezmer, gospel and politics.
