Anita Molinero uses disused material, excrement containers, and materials from the plastics industry... She uses the material for its brutality whilst also finding a beauty within these modern day objects.
For her second exhibition at Alain Gutharc, Molinero presents work which registers in an economy of recycling with regard to the economic and social current situation. In this atmosphere of severe gloom, the artist brings about constructions born from the disused and unwanted objects of industry. The work carries disillusion and if the brutality disturbs its because it forces us to see what others cover up with flourishes.
