La Société de Curiosités continues its wonderful and mysterious work, this time moving its gaze north to focus on the experimental output of the city of Oslo.
Fresh from collaborations with Madhar founder
Tetuzi Akiyama and master of the prepared guitar
Keith Rowe amongst others, and a release on
Ingar Zach's Sofa label,
Streifenjunko showcase their minimalist acoustic improv style. They're followed in a slightly more electronic vein by
Flymodus, and two duo sessions: Havard Volden (of Flymodus) & Quentin Dubost (guitar explorer, plays with My Favourite Sideburns Orchestra); then Martin Taxt (also of Flymodus) and Marseille guitar/laptop wizard
