Danish disco punk outfit
WhoMadeWho neatly sidestep convention, puzzling critics and pigeon-holers with their musical and political twists and turns. Formed in 2003, the band combine the talents of previous members of the Scandinavian underground rock, avant garde jazz and electronica scenes to form a genre bending whole, part disco, part psychedelic electro, part stoner rock. Their live show is hard hitting - dressed in luminous skeleton suits, the trio bang out explosively terse, beats/bass driven audio fireworks.
They're joined to night by hotly tipped Island Records artist
VV Brown, and one of the fastest rising names in London pop right now,
Man Like Me. Fusing hip hop, funk, ska, reggae, house and 80s pop styles, Man Like Me's explosive live/DJ sets are quickly gaining the band a reputation and a lot of fans. We caught up with the band this week to get some back story, and they also sorted us out with
