In the garden of the Fondation Cartier, the video installation created by the Antwerp collective,
Berlin, introduces the public to Iqaluit, the capital of Nunavut, an autonomous Inuit territory located in the North of Canada. This city, accessible only by air travel, counts 6000 inhabitants, 2500 cars, and barely 25 km of roads. Iqaluit is part of the collective’s Holocène, a series of portraits of cities started in 2003.
