The Parisian

Music For The Soul.

Welcome to The Parisian, your source for what's on this week, and this weekend, in Paris. Looking for clubs, gigs, art shows, exhibitions, film, dance and theatre in Paris? We sort through hundreds of events every week and bring you the cream of the crop.

Big week for funk and soul fans, whether you want the original thing (Cortex, one of the most influential bands in the history of jazz/funk, are visiting) or the new dimension (Q-Tip is in town too). Big soundsystems aplenty too, with Drop the Lime in town for a Trouble & Bass / Institubes party and the awesome Missill teaming up with DJ Godfather and Sinden to bring the heavy bass music. There are also visual treats available from David West, Anselm Reyle, Benoît Burello and the Cinéma du Réel amongst others.

So, brave the snow (Friday, apparently) and get out there!

Many thanks to this week's sponsor, bombshop.
