String up the bunting, ice the cake and dig out that bottle you've been saving - The Parisian is 21 today! Here in France that might not be such a big deal legally - by this point we're already drinking, driving, gambling and running for parliament. Some of us simultaneously. But with our newfound maturity we can now gamble, drink and buy a handgun in the USA. So that's just what we'll do.

Anyway, while we're off rolling dice, slamming whiskies and purchasing semi-automatic weapons, here are a few alternative leisure strategies for the week.
