As the world braces for what looks like it might be a fairly scary pandemic, we hope you're not going to hole up in the maison, tape up the windows and break out the tinned beef - there's way too much cutting edge culture going on to risk missing out this week.

For a start, I'd risk a reasonably nasty cough to check out the Wide Session at Batofar - 4hero, Ursula Rucker, Freddy McQuinn... and I definitely wouldn't want to miss out on Pharoah Sanders, Yeah Yeah Yeahs or the Kronos Quartet, even if it means wearing industrial grade protective clothing.

There's also some special visual art this week from Dan Graham, film by Rosa Barba at the Centre Pompidou and some very special graphic art from Dalek and Mike Giant.
