We sort through hundreds of events every week and bring you the cream of the crop.The Villes des Musiques du Monde festival is in full swing this week, and the diversity of the lineup is impressive - Beat Assailant represents his Atlanta roots, Habib Koité brings West Africa to the mix and Cécile Corbel adds a Celtic influence. Speaking of festivals, the Inrocks event is pushing on this week with Bat For Lashes, Bad Lieutenant and Wave Machine amongst others. Clubland is looking tasty too - Trouble & Bass will be testing the Social Club's building structure, Soukmachines invade Glaz'art and Cosmic Club play host to Marco Passarani. It's not all sonic, though - there's also visual work from Carmen Perrin, Barabara Noiret, Nicolas Philibert and Andre Butzer amongst many, many others. Many thanks to this week's sponsor, a2b.
