The Parisian

Microfestival Week.

Welcome to The Parisian, your source for what's on this week, and this weekend, in Paris. Looking for clubs, gigs, art shows, exhibitions, film, dance and theatre in Paris? We sort through hundreds of events every week and bring you the cream of the crop.

There are a couple of notable series happening this week - this year's instalment of Presences Electronique kicks of this week, and La Maroquinerie launches it's Les Femmes s'en Mêlent festival. The former features appearances from Christian Fennesz and Bérangère Maximi alongside work by Berio, Stockhausen and Pierre Schaeffer; the latter presents Lonelady, Jessie Evans and Peau amongst others.

Elsewhere in music, highlights include Four Tet at the Social Club, a John Cage tribute at the Centre Pompidou and the dronetastic Hildur Guðnadóttir at La Flèche d'Or. In visual arts, look forward to exhibitions from Baptiste Debombourg & Lionel Sabatté (Galeria Patricia Dorffman), Pascal Broccolichi (Galeria Frédéric Giroux) and Peter Coffin & Daniel Arsham (Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin).

Don't forget - places at the Presences Electronique event are strictly limited, so get in there fast!

Many thanks to this week's sponsor, bombshop.
