The Parisian

Love Police, Arrest That Man.

Welcome to The Parisian, your source for what's on this week, and this weekend, in Paris. Looking for clubs, gigs, art shows, exhibitions, film, dance and theatre in Paris? We sort through hundreds of events every week and bring you the cream of the crop.

Mr Sarkozy seems to have come a cropper with the long arm of the law this week, on more than one account - whilst the Gendarmerie react with anger to the firing of an officer who criticised Sarko's recent reform efforts, the news also came to light that the DCRI investigated the source of rumours of instability in his relationship with Carla Bruni...

Well, at least you know your money is well spent in the cultural sector this week, with live shows from Crystal Antlers, Balkan Beat Box, Foals, Oldseed and Antipop Consortium, DJ appearances from Tony Humphries, Andrew Weatherall and Koze, and exhibitions from Willy Ronis, Silvia Bächli and Claudia Triozzi.

Enjoy!

Many thanks to this week's sponsor, bombshop.
