Les “Indie rockers” canadiens Wolf Parade sont Spencer Krug (
Sunset Rubdown,
Frog Eyes,
Swan Lake), Dan Boeckner (
Atlas Strategic,
Handsome Furs), Arlen Thompson, Hadji Bakara et Dante DeCaro (
Hot Hot Heat,
Johnny and the Moon). A la suite de la sortie de leur auto-intitulé EP en 2004, ils ont été signés Sub Pop, qui a produit le début album "Apologies to the Queen Mary" en 2005. Pensez Modest Mouse, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, Arcade Fire, The Unicorns.
